Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut is crafted from premium cool-climate New Zealand vineyards. Carefully selected parcels deliver bright citrus, juicy pear and delicate blossom notes.

The aroma is pure and inviting with fresh lemon and grapefruit alongside pear and stonefruit. The palate is light and playful, lifted by fine, persistent bubbles that bring energy and vibrancy. Crisp and dry, it is made for celebrations of every size.

We make premium, full-strength sparkling base wine first, then use spinning cone technology to gently remove the aroma and alcohol. The delicate aroma is collected and recombined to maintain vibrant character, delivering a dry, refreshing sparkling style.
