In 2017, South Island Wine & Food Festival will host 44 wineries (including Giesen Wines) from around the South Island – from the boutique, single varietal producers through to the founding fathers of the South Island’s wine industry, you will be able to sip and savour a huge range of beautiful wines from Marlborough down to Otago and everywhere in between.

Find your perfect wine & food match at one of the gourmet food stalls, who will be serving up everything from fresh strawberries and ice-cream to just landed seafood. Or head over to one of the seven top local restaurants for a more substantial offering.
Festival features include the Wine Seminar Lounge, where five top wine experts present a series of free seminars, complete with tastings – or catch the country’s best culinary talent demonstrating a range of dishes, live in the Cooking Theatre.
With live entertainment from some of New Zealand’s leading musicians, the South Island Wine & Food Festival is a great way to start the summer festive season.
Or just grab a glass and chill out under the trees, listening to some top music acts.
