Giesen 0% Pinot Gris is crafted from premium New Zealand fruit sourced from Marlborough, Waipara and Hawke’s Bay to build structure, balance and lifted aromatics.

On the nose, delicate white florals, lychee and red apple lead the way. The palate shows classic Pinot Gris notes of pear and apple, with a subtle hint of muscat. Light and delicious, it sits beautifully between freshness and gentle sweetness, finishing smooth and balanced.

We begin by crafting a premium, full-strength New Zealand Pinot Gris, using the same attention to detail as our traditional wines. Once complete, we use advanced spinning cone technology to gently remove first the aroma, then the alcohol.

The delicate aromatics are carefully captured and blended back into the wine to retain its varietal character and expressive nose. The result is a refreshing, off-dry style of alcohol-removed Pinot Gris with low calories and true New Zealand personality.
