We create premium full-strength New Zealand wine, before using advanced spinning cone technology to distill it into three parts: aroma, alcohol, and body. 

Leaving the alcohol behind, we recombine the aroma and body to maintain its distinctive nose and crisp, dry style, containing no more than 0.5% alc/vol.
