Wairau Valley adds brightness, tropical & citrus flavours and tighter acidity.

Awatere Valley adds fullness, richness, the tropical notes are more grilled, herbal notes are more dry.

Sustainably grown & certified.

Use specially selected yeasts that highlight the qualities that the Marlborough wine region is known for.

Also use other yeasts that add texture, weight & aromatics.

Batch ferment. Stop ferments to retain some natural sweetness that helps to balance the classic Marlborough acidity.
