How Do I Taste?
Juicy, crisp, lightly berry-forward. Giesen Rosé Spritz bursts with passionfruit, lime, and floral Riesling notes, balanced by hints of ripe strawberries and rose petals. A silky, rounded texture meets playful bubbles, finishing with citrus brightness and soft berry sweetness that lingers for another sip.
Crafted With Care
We grow and select fruit from Marlborough and Waipara to bring both freshness and aromatic lift to this wine. Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling form the vibrant, juicy base, while a splash of Merlot lends its delicate pink hue. A gentle spritz elevates the flavour, adding vibrancy and a lively, refreshing finish.

Winemaking
Just like the rest of our Giesen range, Rosé Spritz begins as a premium New Zealand wine. Grapes are harvested at peak ripeness and fermented at cool temperatures to lock in freshness and purity. After ageing on lees for added texture, the wine is delicately balanced, then finished with a spritz for a playful, refreshing lift.
