How Do I Taste

Zesty, Tropical, Uplifting – the Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc Spritz bursts with ripe citrus, guava, and passionfruit, balanced by floral honeysuckle and a bright acidity. Riesling adds soft texture and juicy stone fruit to round it out. Expect a light, slightly off-dry finish with just the right pop of bubbles.

Just like our core 0% range, each spritz begins as a premium New Zealand wine. We carefully ferment, age, and blend before using our advanced spinning cone technology to gently remove the alcohol while preserving the aroma and character of the wine. Then comes the magic: a light spritz added at bottling, giving each sip a playful lift and refreshing finish. The result? A modern take on wine that’s lower in calories and full of vibrant flavour — with less than 0.5% alcohol.
