Apple & Kiwifruit Spritz

Giesen 0% Pinot Gris/Grigio Cocktail

Ingredients
  • 60ml Giesen 0% Pinot Gris/Grigio
  • 15ml kiwifruit & basil syrup (*see below)
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 20ml fresh apple juice
  • 30ml soda water
  • Apple fan & basil leaf (garnish)

* Kiwifruit and Basil Syrup

  • 2 kiwifruit
  • 6-10 basil leaves
  • 500g sugar
  • 250ml water
Method
  1. Pour Giesen 0% Pinot Gris, kiwifruit & basil syrup, lime juice & apple juice into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake well & pour into a tall glass with ice.
  3. Top with soda water, garnish with an apple fan & basil leaf and ENJOY!

Kiwifruit & Basil Syrup Method

  1. Blend 2 kiwifruit & basil leaves.
  2. Bring 250mls of water to a boil, turn heat to medium-low & add Kiwi/Basil Puree.
  3. Mix for 30 secs, then add 500g sugar.
  4. Stir well until dissolved.
