Giesen 0% Pinot Gris/Grigio Cocktail
Ingredients
- 60ml Giesen 0% Pinot Gris/Grigio
- 15ml kiwifruit & basil syrup (*see below)
- 15ml lime juice
- 20ml fresh apple juice
- 30ml soda water
- Apple fan & basil leaf (garnish)
* Kiwifruit and Basil Syrup
- 2 kiwifruit
- 6-10 basil leaves
- 500g sugar
- 250ml water
Method
- Pour Giesen 0% Pinot Gris, kiwifruit & basil syrup, lime juice & apple juice into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well & pour into a tall glass with ice.
- Top with soda water, garnish with an apple fan & basil leaf and ENJOY!
Kiwifruit & Basil Syrup Method
- Blend 2 kiwifruit & basil leaves.
- Bring 250mls of water to a boil, turn heat to medium-low & add Kiwi/Basil Puree.
- Mix for 30 secs, then add 500g sugar.
- Stir well until dissolved.
