Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc Spritz is crafted from premium New Zealand fruit sourced from Marlborough and Waipara. Marlborough delivers classic citrus and tropical intensity, while Waipara brings balance and softness to the palate.

Aromatic and expressive, it opens with ripe lime zest, passionfruit and guava layered with delicate floral notes. The palate is light and fruit-driven, showing citrus, green apple and hints of juicy stonefruit. Gentle sweetness is balanced by refreshing acidity, while the fine spritz adds energy and lift. Clean, playful and slightly off-dry, it is made for easy afternoons and lighter moments.

Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling parcels were harvested separately at optimal ripeness and fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures (14–18°C) to preserve freshness and varietal purity.

After fermentation, the wine was held on lees for a period to build palate weight and bring a softer, rounder mouthfeel. De-alcoholisation was then carried out at low temperatures to protect aroma and flavour. The captured aromatics and the gently de-alcoholised portion were reintegrated with the full-strength wine to create a balanced final blend.

The wine was subtly sweetened and refined for balance before final filtration and bottling, with a light spritz added at bottling for a lively, refreshing finish.
