How We Make Alcohol-Removed Wine
Our alcohol-removed wines begin as premium full-strength wines, made with the same care and attention as our Estate range.
Using spinning cone technology, we gently separate the aroma, alcohol, and body of the wine. The alcohol is removed, while the aroma and body are carefully recombined to preserve flavour, structure, and balance.

A note on alcohol content
Our alcohol-removed wines contain no more than 0.5% alcohol by volume. As with all wines, we recommend they are enjoyed by those of legal drinking age.
