Chardonnay

Generous and smooth, this is Chardonnay made for real life. Ripe citrus, peach and melon lead the way, with a subtle floral lift and a hint of vanilla. Long, quietly elegant, and made to bring the table together.

This is Hawke’s Bay Chardonnay in its happy place. Sourced from a premium maritime region on the North Island’s east coast, it delivers ripe, expressive fruit with brightness, depth, and fresh varietal character.

The 2024/25 season was warm and dry, ideal for building flavour and natural richness. A brief spell of late-season rain had minimal impact, with fine weather returning ahead of harvest. The result is fruit with purity, clarity, and balance.

In the winery, we keep the vibrant fruit front and centre. Matured for six months on French oak, this Chardonnay builds subtle texture and complexity while holding onto its fresh, fruit-forward charm. Expect bright citrus and stone fruit, a gentle creaminess, and a long, elegant finish with balanced acidity.
