Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut is crafted from premium cool-climate New Zealand vineyards. Carefully selected parcels deliver bright citrus, juicy pear and delicate blossom notes.

The aroma is pure and inviting with fresh lemon and grapefruit alongside pear and stonefruit. The palate is light and playful, lifted by fine, persistent bubbles that bring energy and vibrancy. Crisp and dry, it is made for celebrations of every size.

We begin by crafting a premium, full-strength New Zealand sparkling base wine. Once complete, advanced spinning cone technology is used to gently remove first the aroma, then the alcohol.

The delicate aromatics are captured and blended back into the wine to maintain its brightness and varietal character. The result is a dry, refreshing alcohol-removed sparkling wine with fine bubbles and low calories.
