Rosé Lemonade

Giesen 0% Rosé Cocktail

Ingredients
  • 100ml Giesen 0% Rosé
  • 15ml strawberry & white peach purée (*see below)
  • 15ml verjuice or white wine vinegar
  • 60ml lemonade
  • Strawberry & lemon peel (garnish)

* Strawberry & White Peach Purée

  • Punnet of strawberries
  • 100g peaches (fresh or tinned)
  • Juice of half a fresh lemon
  • 20g sugar
Method
  1. Mix all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice until chilled.
  2. Pour into hi-ball glass or any glass you have at home.
  3. Top with soda and ENJOY!

Strawberry & White Peach Purée Method

  • Blend all ingredients until puréed.
