Green Tea & Raspberry Spritz

Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc Cocktail

Ingredients
  • 80ml Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc
  • 15ml green tea & raspberry syrup (*see below)
  • 30ml soda water
  • Raspberry & lime peel

*Green tea & raspberry syrup

  • 2 green tea bags
  • 5 raspberries
  • 500g sugar
  • 250ml water
Method
  1. Pour the green tea & rapsberry syrup into a glass with ice.
  2. Add the Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc & stir well.
  3. Top with soda water, then garnish and ENJOY!

Green Tea & Raspberry Syrup Method

  1. Soak Green Tea bags in cold water for 30 seconds & remove.
  2. Bring 250ml water to a boil & add 2 Green Tea bags. Leave to simmer for 3-5mins, then remove teabags from heat.
  3. Add 500g sugar & 5 raspberries (crushed) to the boiled water. Mix till thoroughly dissolved.
  4. Once cooled, strain off raspberries and teabags and pour into wine glass.
