Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc Cocktail
Ingredients
- 80ml Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc
- 15ml green tea & raspberry syrup (*see below)
- 30ml soda water
- Raspberry & lime peel
*Green tea & raspberry syrup
- 2 green tea bags
- 5 raspberries
- 500g sugar
- 250ml water
Method
- Pour the green tea & rapsberry syrup into a glass with ice.
- Add the Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc & stir well.
- Top with soda water, then garnish and ENJOY!
Green Tea & Raspberry Syrup Method
- Soak Green Tea bags in cold water for 30 seconds & remove.
- Bring 250ml water to a boil & add 2 Green Tea bags. Leave to simmer for 3-5mins, then remove teabags from heat.
- Add 500g sugar & 5 raspberries (crushed) to the boiled water. Mix till thoroughly dissolved.
- Once cooled, strain off raspberries and teabags and pour into wine glass.
