That commitment to quality is why Giesen invested in its own in-house spinning cone technology — becoming the first winery in New Zealand to do so. This allows greater control throughout the alcohol-removal process, ensuring flavour and structure remain front and centre.

Crafted for Flavour
To create Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut, our winemaking team carefully selected classic cool-climate New Zealand grape parcels known for their natural freshness and aromatic lift.
Fruit from Waipara brings zesty lemon and grapefruit notes, delivering brightness and juiciness. Complementing this, other parcels contribute pear and stonefruit blossom characters, adding texture and a softly rounded mouthfeel.
The result is a sparkling wine that feels lively, balanced and unmistakably wine-like.
