Giesen 0% Rosé is crafted from premium New Zealand fruit selected from Marlborough and Waipara. Marlborough brings freshness and vibrant acidity, while Waipara contributes lifted aromatics and balance.
Aromas of white peach, apple and fresh strawberries lead into a palate layered with crisp cranberry and stone fruit flavours. Light and refreshing, with a lively dry finish, it is made for long lunches, shared platters and easy afternoons.
Winemaking
We create a premium, full strength New Zealand Rosé from carefully selected aromatic and red varietals. Once the wine is complete, we use advanced spinning cone technology to gently remove first the aroma, then the alcohol.
The delicate aromatics are captured and blended back into the wine to maintain its freshness and expressive fruit profile. The result is a bright, off dry style alcohol-removed Rosé with low calories and unmistakable New Zealand character.
